Hi, I'm Tom.
I make technology
work for people.

From secure cloud environments to everyday problem solving. I bring curiosity, care and hands-on experience to the systems people rely on.

People firstClear advice. Practical help.

Technical depth. Practical thinking.

[01]

Cloud & infrastructure

Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and virtual desktops. Building consistent, reliable environments that are easier to use and manage.

[02]

Security & resilience

Identity, device protection and incident response. Turning security requirements into effective controls and everyday good practice.

[03]

Projects & people

Planning, delivery and the conversations in between. Connecting systems, supporting teams and making technical change understandable.

A few things I've worked on.

01

Microsoft 365, made stronger

Developed deployment standards, hardening processes and documentation to improve security and help customers get more from Microsoft 365.

02

A better virtual workspace

Refreshed a 30-user Azure Virtual Desktop environment, improving profile loading, access security, connectivity and cost efficiency.

03

Connected, from the ground up

Planned and supported UniFi networks, cameras and door access, with central management across customer sites.

Curious by nature.
Helpful by default.

I'm an IT engineer who enjoys understanding how things work — and making them work better. My experience spans hands-on support, complex technical projects and leading a projects team.

I care about high standards, clear communication and sharing what I learn. Whether it's untangling a tricky issue or exploring a new idea, I love helping people move forward with technology.

Always up for a tech conversation

A question. An idea.
Something worth building.

Need a hand with something technical, want to share an idea, or have a project I could get involved in? I'd love to hear from you.
